I'm currently working as an independent consultant with my own entrepreneurial firm, Cashel Dillon Consulting Inc., launched in March 2006, with three lines-of-business:

• 1st line of business - Professional Services in Solutions Consulting and Project Management (PMP certified) to clients operating Enterprise Business Systems or requiring management consulting services. Skilled in service delivery management, portfolio, business development, sales & marketing, contract administration, operations, process redesign,  leadership. Clients have included Sun Microsystems of Canada for end-clients CGI; Telus; IBM for Air Canada.
  
• 2nd line of business - (start-up) Professional Services in Broadcasting - Media - Communications - Writing. My work as a volunteer producer and announcer at CINQ FM 102.3 (community radio) is for experience, not remuneration as it is unpaid, volunteer time for a community organization. Developing pilot productions targeted to commercial radio. Open to contractual opportunities in producing, copy writing, on-air announcing, voice work, promotions, sales & marketing.
  
• 3rd line of business - Ever notice how plants grow through the cracks of a crumbling side walk? As an entrepreneurial type "game" for creative opportunities outside my traditional skill areas and career path. Seeking opportunities where I can leverage my life and business skills to think out of the 'historical' career coral, to seek what's beyond the sunset, around the next curve in the river. Exploring opportunities in the New Green Economy; Professional Service Franchising; Creative Writing; Business Coaching, any alluring opportunity with a revenue stream! • Before you ask "Who is your business partner CASHEL?" she is truly a "silent" partner in the business for she is none other than Ireland's "Cashel Rock." A symbolic reminder to myself to be as solid, durable and sustainable as Ireland's renown fortress. A reminder of my own Irish roots before my ancestors immigrated to Canada prior to the Great Famine. The lush, green fields of Ireland symbolic of the new green economy taking root. Plus, having the word "cash" embedded in "Cashel" keeps the focus on delivering value-added thinking and solutions to my clients for "cash" creation, regardless of your definition of revenue or building stakeholder wealth, for this is why we are warriors on the battlefield of business and life .
